Is there a free plan?

Yes. Identity is free for your company with core presence. Business, Growth, and Enterprise add seat, white-label, catalog, and advanced tool—you pay only when you subscribe to a paid tier.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. From your dashboard you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing for the price difference. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period—you keep access until then, with no refund for the remaining time. You can only switch between plans on the same billing cycle (monthly to monthly, yearly to yearly).
