The Lahez service is owned and operated by WHIKS Ltd (company number 17189817), registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Lahez and related services provided by WHIKS Ltd ("WHIKS", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy is published in the Trust Center (Privacy Policy) and linked from the site footer. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
WHIKS Ltd ("WHIKS," "we," "us," or "our"), registered in England and Wales, provides the SaaS platform "Lahez" enabling companies to create and share multilingual digital business cards and product catalogs ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must register and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for all activity under your Account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction) to use our Services.

We may suspend or terminate your Account for violations.
Lahez offers free and paid Subscription Plans. By selecting a paid plan, you authorize recurring billing to your payment method in advance on a periodic basis until cancellation. Except as set forth in Section 7, all fees are non-refundable.
All platform content—software, designs, logos—remains our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without our written permission.
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days of subscription without justification.
To exercise withdrawal, notify us by email (support@lahez.com) with your name, Account email, and decision to withdraw.
Upon valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received—using the original payment method—within 14 calendar days of notice, with no fees deducted. After the withdrawal period, subscription fees are non-refundable, and services continue until the end of the paid term.
You retain ownership of User Content, but grant Lahez a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it to operate and promote the Services.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." LAHEZ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold Lahez harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
Our Services are intended for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 16 years of age.
We may implement age verification mechanisms during registration to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's use of our Services.
If we discover that a user is under 16, we will immediately terminate their account and delete any personal information collected.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes amicably.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you can find information on out-of-court dispute resolution, including a list of approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) bodies, through the European Commission's Consumer Redress portal at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/.
For disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt resolution through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require application of another jurisdiction's laws.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LAHEZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services.
We may perform scheduled maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service availability. We will provide reasonable advance notice when possible.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services for violations of these Terms, technical issues, or other legitimate business reasons.
We do not provide any uptime guarantees or service level agreements unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
